ArcelorMittal to Expand Brazil Ore Output by 65%, Valor Says

ArcelorMittal (MT)’s Brazilian unit plans to increase iron-ore output by 65 percent in its two mines in the state of Minas Gerais to 7.1 million tons in 2013 from 4.3 million tons this year.

ArcelorMittal (MT)’s Brazilian unit plans to increase iron-ore output by 65 percent in its two mines in the state of Minas Gerais to 7.1 million tons in 2013 from 4.3 million tons this year, Valor Economico reported, citing Chief Executive Officer Sebastiao Costa Filho.
