SHFE aluminum prices began to stabilize at RMB 15,800/mt on Monday.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 28 (SMM) – SHFE aluminum prices began to stabilize at RMB 15,800/mt on Monday in spite of the drop in LME lead prices last Friday. However, purchases were limited in spot aluminum market in South China due to the large-amount sales for replenishment last weekend. Thus, the increases in prices were restrained over sufficient supply, with mainstream transactions done at RMB 16,100-16,130/mt. Transactions were modest in general.
