Zambian President Michael Sata ordered the Geological Survey Department to immediately extend mineral exploration to parts of the Copperbelt province.
Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) --Zambian President Michael Sata ordered the Geological Survey Department to immediately extend mineral exploration to parts of the Copperbelt province, according to The Post.
Sata wants to boost earnings from copper and other minerals in order to reduce poverty, the Lusaka newspaper said.
