In the brass market, American West brass offers were down slightly last week, and large transactions were heard to be made around USD 5,700/mt.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 13 (SMM) –In the brass market, American West brass offers were down slightly last week, and large transactions were heard to be made around USD 5,700/mt, while American West brass offers in domestic markets were between RMB 43,500-43,700/mt, keeping importing profits stable. Based on SMM sources, importers’ wait-and-see attitudes grew after brass prices increased since they couldn’t make predictions on future copper prices. Market orders stayed stable, and had no signs of increasing.
