Collahuasi Copper Mine Workers Begin Strike Today, Official Says

Workers at Xstrata Plc (XTA) and Anglo American Plc (AAL)'s Collahuasi copper mine in Chile began a strike today over production bonuses.

Jul. 30 (Bloomberg) –Workers at Xstrata Plc (XTA) and Anglo American Plc (AAL)'s Collahuasi copper mine in Chile began a strike today over production bonuses, joining action taken by workers at the Escondida mine, union official Jacqueline Cerda said today by telephone.
