MOSCOW, Mar 10, 2011 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) -- Russia exported 164,800 metric tons of aluminum in January, 23% less than in the same month of January 2010, the federal customs service said Thursday.
The exported aluminum was worth $297 million, compared with $361.8 million a year ago.
Nearly all the aluminum was exported to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States.
