DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSINGAPORE, Feb 13, 2011 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) -- Aluminum stocks at major Japanese ports fell 1.3% at the end of January compared with a month earlier, a trader at a major Japanese trading house said Monday.
Aluminum stocks totaled 220,700 metric tons, with 110,900 tons in Yokohama, 97,800 tons in Nagoya and 12,000 tons in Osaka. End-December stocks totaled 223,600 tons.
Stocks were up 11% from 199,200 tons at the end of January 2010.
