MOSCOW, Jan 31, 2011 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) -- Russian polar miner OAO Norilsk Nickel (GMKN.RS) Monday said it its full-year nickel output was up 5.1% to 297,000 metric tons and said it sees a moderate increase in the metal production in 2011.

-Norilsk sees 2011 platinum output between 705,000-720,000 oz
