DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingMOSCOW, Aug 06, 2010 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) -- Russia exported 231,200 metric tons of copper in January-June, 8.8% more than in January-June 2009, the federal customs service reported Friday.
The exported copper was worth $1.606 billion, compared with $783 million a year ago.
Copper exports to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States during the period totaled 230,200 tons worth $1.6 billion, compared with 211,900 tons worth $781 million a year ago.
