DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingMOSCOW, Jul 07, 2010 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) -- Russia exported in January-May 210,300 metric tons of copper, 19.62% more than in January-May 2009, when 175,800 tons was exported, the federal customs service reported Wednesday.
The exported copper was worth $1.472 billion, compared with $619.1 million a year ago.
Copper exports to countries outside the CIS during the period totaled 209,500 tons, worth $1.468 billion, compared with 175,300 tons worth $617.6 million a year ago.
