BEIJING, Feb 3 -- The US is trying to deflect its economic troubles by resorting to protectionism, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on Monday, citing Washington's decision to impose anti-dumping duties of 289 on imports of Chinese-made wire decking products and 175 percent on electric blankets.
