SHANGHAI, Nov. 13 (SMM) -- On Thursday, LME copper inventories increased by 4,800mt to 402,125mt. In addition, China’s copper imports dropped significantly during October, plus weak market fundamentals and rising US dollar index, LME copper prices slid last night. LME copper prices closed at USD 6,503/mt, down USD 37/mt. SHFE copper prices are expected to remain weak, and special attention should be paid on SHFE copper inventories today.
