SHANGHAI, Nov. 4 (SMM) -- Negatively affected by slight rise in the US dollar, LME copper prices closed at USD 6,460/mt, down USD 90/mt. LME copper inventories increased by 1,625mt, bringing total inventories to 373,800mt. The US Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) began, and its statement of interest rate and its notice on the economic outlook will affect LME copper price trends. In the mean time, the release of non-farm employment data on Friday has also drawn attention from market insiders. LME copper prices are expected to continue to fluctuate before the release of economic news.
