[Al] CBI Morning Review - 2009/5/26 Aluminum Market

SHANGHAI, May 26 (CBI China) -- LME market was closed yesterday, North Korea announced their success of nuclear explosions, and the market concerns over risk avoidance were limited, so US dollar index still slip slightly. The supply surplus still existed in domestic aluminum market, but the apparent supply shortages caused by some suppliers in the short term helped support the aluminum price effectively. While SHFE aluminum position continued to decline, indicating the increasing market concerns on the aluminum. SHFE aluminum price is expected to fluctuate narrowly in the short term.
