NBS 데이터에 따르면 2026년 8월 전국 공업 생산자 가격은 전년 동월 대비 3.8% 상승했고, 전월 대비 0.4% 상승했다. 공업 생산자 구매 가격은 전년 동월 대비 5.8% 상승했고, 전월 대비 0.3% 상승했다. 1~8월 평균 공업 생산자 가격은 전년 동기 대비 2.0% 상승했고, 공업 생산자 구매 가격은 3.2% 상승했다.

8월 공업 생산자 가격 중 생산재 가격은 전년 동월 대비 5.0% 상승하여 공업 생산자 가격 총상승에 약 3.92%포인트 기여했다. 그중 채굴업 가격은 17.8%, 원자재업 가격은 6.7%, 가공업 가격은 3.1% 상승했다. 소비재 가격은 0.5% 하락하여 공업 생산자 가격 총하락에 약 0.1%포인트 기여했다. 그중 식품 가격은 2.3%, 의류 가격은 1.2%, 일반 일용품 가격은 0.8% 하락했고, 내구 소비재 가격은 1.2% 상승했다. 공업 생산자 구매 가격 중 비철금속 재료 및 전선 가격은 19.8%, 연료·동력 가격은 9.8%, 화학 원료 가격은 9.5%, 방직 원료 가격은 3.8%, 철금속 재료 가격은 0.3% 상승했다. 건축 자재 및 비금속 가격은 3.2%, 농업 부산물 가격은 0.5% 하락했다.

Dong Lijuan, chief statistician at the Urban Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, commented on the August 2026 CPI and PPI data. On a YoY basis, the national CPI rose 0.8%, with the increase widening by 0.3 percentage points from the previous month, mainly due to a larger rise in energy prices. The increase in energy prices widened from 0.6% last month to 4.1% this month, contributing about 0.28 percentage points to the YoY CPI increase, with its upward pull on CPI up by about 0.24 percentage points from the previous month. Among these, gasoline prices rose 9.3%, with the increase widening by 8.3 percentage points. Prices of industrial consumer goods excluding energy rose 1.8%, with the increase widening by 0.3 percentage points, contributing about 0.42 percentage points to the YoY CPI increase. Among them, gold jewelry prices rose 33.6%, with the increase widening by 9.0 percentage points; prices of tablet computers, computers, and mobile phones rose 21.5%, 19.6%, and 11.0%, respectively, all with widening increases. Service prices rose 0.8%, with the increase widening by 0.1 percentage points from the previous month, contributing about 0.38 percentage points to the YoY CPI increase.

베이징·상하이, 8월 주택 거래 증가… 정책 최적화 영향

8월 베이징과 상하이의 주택 시장 정책이 잇달아 최적화되었다. 중국지수연구원 통계에 따르면 8월 베이징의 중고 주거용 주택 거래량은 1만 4천 채로 전년 동기 대비 3.9% 증가했고, 상하이의 중고 주거용 주택 거래량은 높은 수준을 유지하며 전년 동기 대비 16.3% 증가했다. 신규 주택의 경우 8월 베이징의 신축 상품 주거용 주택 거래 면적은 전년 동기와 거의 비슷했고, 상하이는 전년 동기 대비 16.0% 증가했다. 중국지수연구원 지수연구부 총괄 책임자 차오징징은 베이징과 상하이 주택 시장이 지속적인 거래 활성화와 수급 관계의 점진적 개선에 따른 회복세를 보이고 있지만, 가격은 여전히 조정 국면에 있고 신규 주택 재고도 비교적 높은 수준이며 시장 회복의 지속 가능성은 아직 지켜봐야 한다고 분석했다.

[SMM Analysis] EAF Operating Rate Up 0.82% This Period

As of September 8, the operating rate of the 50 EAF steel mills mainly producing building materials nationwide stood at 34.72%, up 0.82 percentage point from the previous period; the capacity utilization rate came in at 34.43%, up 0.64 percentage point; and the average daily output of building materials was 76,700 tonnes, an increase of 1,400 tonnes from the previous period.
