PNT Begins Operation of LFP Battery Production Line

PNT’s subsidiary, PNT Materials, has established an LFP battery cell production line in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, and has recently begun operating the facility. The company plans to bring the entire line online within the month, starting with the mixing process at the very front end of battery manufacturing.

Based on the initial production output, customer validation will be carried out, with the company aiming to transition to a mass production system by the end of the first quarter. PNT’s annual LFP battery cell production capacity is approximately 0.2 GWh.
