[Mercedes-Benz and BMW Establish a Joint Venture New Energy Company with a Registered Capital of RMB 5 Million] Recently, Zhengzhou Yi'anqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with SHIFANG as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 5 million. Its business scope includes power generation, transmission, supply (and distribution) of electricity, R&D of emerging energy technologies, sales of electrical accessories for NEVs, sales of intelligent power transmission, distribution, and control equipment, sales of battery swapping facilities for NEVs, technical services for solar power generation, and technical services for energy storage systems (ESS), among others.
