Liancheng Die Casting Plans to Upgrade Workshops for New Energy Vehicle Subframes Production

Rizhao Liancheng Die Casting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liancheng Die Casting") is planning to construct a new melting workshop by renovating its existing workshops and production lines. The total investment for the project is approximately 156 million yuan. The project will add three melting furnaces, five die-casting machines, five holding furnaces, as well as supporting auxiliary facilities, six grinding machines, one shot blasting machine, an environmental protection dust removal system, and other equipment. The main products will be subframes for new energy vehicles (NEVs).

Upon completion of the project renovation, the company's foundry workshop will cover an area of 5,000 m², with a total of 18 die-casting machines, holding furnaces, and supporting facilities installed inside. It will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 mt of parts for NEVs.
