• Delivery Location:For railway transportation, delivery will be made at the JISCO dedicated railway line at Lanzhou Bureau's Greening Station. For road transportation, delivery will be made at the storage yard of the Logistics Department of Gansu JISCO Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province.

2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant should have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The registrant must not be listed on the "Credit China" website as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court.

3. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame by logging into the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" on the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
