FAW Jiefang Signed an Agreement on Electric Bottom Battery Swapping Heavy Trucks

On April 15, FAW Jiefang, in collaboration with Times Qiji and Chongyi Times (Jiangxi) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., officially signed a procurement agreement for 1,000 battery swapping heavy trucks in Yichun, Jiangxi. Based on the demand for bulk material transportation scenarios in Jiangxi Province, FAW Jiefang and Times Qiji jointly developed bottom battery swapping heavy trucks. Through innovative business models and coordinated infrastructure layout, they aim to build a clean transportation system for bulk material transportation in Jiangxi Province. The vehicles under this agreement will begin delivery by the end of June, serving transportation scenarios such as power plants, fly ash, and coal in Jiangxi Province. The vehicles have a single driving range of over 350 kilometers, and a single battery swap can achieve a driving range of 700 kilometers.
