Yujiang Die Casting Initiates Intelligent Transformation Project for Aluminum Alloy Parts Production

Recently, the intelligent transformation (Phase IV) project of the aluminum alloy parts production site of Chongqing Yujiang Die Casting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yujiang Die Casting") commenced construction, aiming to upgrade and transform the existing production line for automotive aluminum alloy die-cast parts. The project is expected to purchase a total of 170 key equipment units, including die-casting machines, machining centers, CNC machine tools, high-pressure cleaning machines, and laser marking machines.

It is worth noting that the aluminum alloy parts production site project of Yujiang Die Casting covers an area of 150 mu, with a construction area of 90,000 m². The new factory, upon completion, will introduce multiple ultra-large intelligent die-casting islands, and is expected to invest in ultra-large die-casting machines ranging from 6,000 mt to 9,000 mt and 5G fully automatic machining lines. At the newly built automotive lightweight and integrated die-casting production site of Yujiang Die Casting, the introduction of multiple ultra-large die-casting machines and 5G fully automatic machining lines will provide capacity assurance for the mass production of integrated die-casting for NEV components and ultra-large auto body structural parts.
