Yidian Holding Transfers Aluminum Capacity Quota to Dongshan Aluminum

Yidian Holding Group Co., Ltd. transferred the 200,000 mt aluminum capacity quota of Yichuan Yugang Longquan Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yugang Longquan Company) in Yichuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, to Chifeng Inner Mongolia Dongshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongshan Company) through internal capacity transfer within the group. In accordance with the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Creating a Good Market Environment to Promote the Adjustment, Transformation, and Efficiency Improvement of the Nonferrous Metal Industry" (Guo Ban Fa [2016] No. 42) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Matters Related to the Implementation of Capacity Replacement by Aluminum Enterprises through Mergers and Reorganizations" (MIIT Yuan [2018] No. 12), the capacity replacement plan for the 200,000 mt aluminum construction project of Dongshan Company is hereby announced. The project is expected to commence production in June 2025.
