Gekewei: Plans to Invest 50 Million Yuan in Semiconductor Fund

Gekewei announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gekewei Electronics Co., Ltd., intends to use its own funds of 50 million yuan to subscribe to the property shares of Shanghai Huake Zhixin Venture Capital Partnership, accounting for 16.18% of the fund's total subscribed capital of 309 million yuan. The fund focuses on investing in the semiconductor industry and related fields within China. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction but does not involve a major asset restructuring of the publicly listed firm.
