Ningbo Zinc: Enterprises Remain Bearish, Few Inquiries in the Market [SMM Midday Review]

SMM March 19 News: The mainstream transaction price of 0# zinc in the Ningbo market was around 23,815-23,925 yuan/mt. Regular brands in Ningbo quoted a premium of 35 yuan/mt against the 2504 contract and a premium of 30 yuan/mt against Shanghai spot. Mainstream quotes in Ningbo were based on the 2504 contract. During the first time period, Yongchang quoted a premium of 40 yuan/mt against the 2504 contract, and Qilin also quoted a premium of 40 yuan/mt against the 2504 contract. During the second time period, traders' quotes remained unchanged from the previous period. Some traders completed shipments yesterday, and there were fewer shipments in Ningbo today. Spot premiums saw a slight increase; however, the futures market fluctuated, and some enterprises remained bearish, resulting in limited inquiries and purchases today. Overall, spot transactions were average.
