Yicheng New Energy announced that the company has signed a "Framework Cooperation Agreement for Energy Storage Project" with Zhongzhou Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Both parties will jointly promote green and low-carbon new-type energy storage projects within Henan Province. The cooperation covers the design, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems, as well as the development of energy storage application scenarios and energy management services for large industrial and commercial energy consumers. Zhongzhou Times and its affiliates will serve as the core technical support and equipment suppliers for Yicheng New Energy and its affiliates, providing core components such as ESS battery systems, PCS, and EMS. The total reserved energy storage framework projects are expected to reach 500 MWh by 2025 (subject to actual construction). The signing of this framework agreement has a positive impact on the company, providing strong support for the implementation of the company's generation-grid-load-storage integrated projects and significantly promoting the vigorous development of the company's energy storage projects.
