【Aluminum Prices Fluctuate Rangebound, Secondary Aluminum Prices Remain Stable】Today, aluminum prices continued a slight correction, with SMM A00 aluminum prices down by 50 yuan from the previous trading day to 20,550 yuan/mt, while secondary aluminum prices remained stable. Domestic SMM ADC12 prices held steady within the range of 21,100-21,300 yuan/mt; in the import market, overseas ADC12 prices remained at a high level near $2,500/mt, with real-time import losses staying at 200-300 yuan/mt, keeping the import window closed. Today, aluminum prices continued narrow adjustments, with the market focusing on price stability. Since March, manufacturers have generally reported weak order growth and poor actual transactions, leading to frequent low-price occurrences in the market. Weak demand continues to constrain the upside room for ADC12 prices. In the short term, ADC12 prices are expected to fluctuate rangebound, with attention needed on changes in raw material market liquidity and the recovery pace of end-use consumption.
