[Aluminum Scrap Daily Review: Aluminum Scrap Fluctuated Rangebound Today, Market Maintains On-Demand Purchases] In the short term, with the resumption of production upstream and downstream, the market's aluminum scrap purchasing pressure has eased. However, constrained by moderate downstream demand with no significant improvement, aluminum scrap prices may fluctuate rangebound following primary aluminum.

SMM February 27 News: Today, spot primary aluminum rose by 20 yuan/mt compared to the previous trading day. SMM A00 aluminum ingot prices closed at 20,550 yuan/mt. Aluminum scrap market quotations fluctuated rangebound following aluminum prices. Today's concentrated quotations for baled UBC aluminum scrap were at 14,950-15,800 yuan/mt (excluding tax), and shredded aluminum tense scrap was quoted at 16,350-17,950 yuan/mt (liquid aluminum, excluding tax). In the short term, with upstream and downstream resumption of work and production, the pressure on aluminum scrap procurement in the market has eased.
