[SMM Steel] Hefei Construction Materials: Spot Market Prices Remain Stable on 10th

ITAC는 중국산 컬러강판 수입품에 대해 8.83%~28.11%의 잠정 반덤핑 관세를 6개월간 부과할 것을 제안하는 예비 긍정 판정을 발표했다. 개별 관세율은 Zhejiang Huapu Eco-Friendly Materials 8.83%, Hefei HBIS/Suzhou HBIS 18.70%이며, 기타 협력 수출업체에는 가중평균 13.79%가 적용된다. 비협력 업체에는 최고 28.11%가 부과된다. ArcelorMittal South Africa와 Safal Steel의 청원으로 2025년 12월 시작된 이번 조사에서 중국산 수입량은 2025년 51.3% 급증한 7만 7,457톤으로 전체 수입의 84.23%를 차지한 것으로 나타났다.

시리아 경제산업부가 사우디아라비아 소재 이스라 홀딩 그룹과 하마 소재 국영 철강제품 회사의 재건, 현대화, 운영을 위한 30년 전략 협정을 체결했다. 8월 28일 다마스쿠스 국제 박람회에서 체결된 이번 계획은 첫 5년을 재건 및 현대화에 투입하고 이후 25년간 운영 기간을 두며, 4년 내 연간 최소 35만 톤 생산을 목표로 한다. 이번 계약은 시리아의 유휴 산업 인프라를 되살리고 철강 수입 의존도를 낮추는 한편, 시리아와 사우디아라비아 간 경제 협력 심화를 시사하는 조치다.

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1963, published 31 August and applying from 1 October, makes melt country and heat number mandatory data for every steel consignment entering the EU; layered onto the new country quotas and CBAM, it sorts exporters into those with a fallback, those holding a one-way ticket, and — for China, with zero country quota in the three largest flat categories — those whose tonnage may have nowhere to go from October 2027.
