According to SMM, the premiums and discounts for national standard silver ingots in the Shanghai area were around parity today, with major producers quoting at +2 to +3, and some quoting against the 02 contract. Due to the continued high silver prices today and the fact that some end-user enterprises have not yet resumed operations, market transactions were relatively poor today.
