Aerospace Materials Co., Ltd. announced that the company has decided to use its own funds of 60 million yuan to increase the capital of Hexing Aerospace Materials. After the capital increase, the company's shareholding ratio is expected to reach 34.1655%. This capital increase will raise the registered capital of Hexing Aerospace Materials by 4.982 million yuan, and the entire amount will be fully subscribed by the company. Hexing Aerospace Materials focuses on the development and production of high-strength, high-precision aluminum alloy materials and related products, which are widely used in important fields such as the nuclear industry and aerospace. The purpose of this capital increase is to expand the company's layout in advanced aluminum alloy material products and to enhance Hexing Aerospace Materials' capacity and profitability. The capital increase price is determined based on the registered net asset appraisal value of Hexing Aerospace Materials, which is 12.04 yuan per registered capital. This transaction is still subject to approval by the state-owned assets supervision and administration authorities.
