[SMM Analysis: Aluminum Scrap Recycling Industry Gradually Enters Off-Season, Aluminum Scrap Prices Expected to Be Supported in December] SMM reported on December 5: In November, domestic spot prices of primary aluminum first rose and then fell, with overall wide fluctuations, while aluminum scrap prices showed relatively small fluctuations. In early November, aluminum prices fluctuated at high levels, and the profits of downstream secondary aluminum processing enterprises were poor. Suppliers of aluminum scrap were more active in selling at high prices, leading to relatively loose market circulation of aluminum scrap. Overall, aluminum scrap prices showed weak follow-up increases, and the price difference between primary metal and scrap expanded in early November.
