Yunnan Yousheng Announces Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Parts Production Base Project (Phase I) for New Energy Vehicles

The "Yunnan Yousheng Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Parts Production Base Project (Phase I)", invested by Shanghai Yousheng Aluminum Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of 86,009 square meters, has recently been publicly announced in terms of natural resources utilization in Zhaotong. This project will establish multiple production lines for melting and casting, extrusion, and low-pressure die casting, implemented in two phases. Phase I is expected to commence operations by the end of 2024, with main products including body parts for new energy vehicles such as bumpers, sill beams, subframes, battery trays, and shock absorbers. The project is anticipated to produce 200,000 tons annually of automotive lightweight and high-performance alloys.

Currently, Yousheng Co., Ltd. has subsidiaries in multiple cities across China, including Shandong, Chongqing, Lingang, Anhui, Guangdong, Changchun, Jiangsu, and Wuhan. Its main products cover automotive structural parts, including sill beam series, battery tray series, bumper series, and subframe series.
