Turkey Cancels Investment Incentives for Imported Solar Panels to Boost Domestic Industry

The Ministry of Economy of Turkey has introduced new regulations to cancel the investment incentive policy for imported solar panels. The new regulations stipulate that investment projects must be completed within the prescribed time limit. If an extension is needed, an application can be made, but the extension period cannot exceed half of the original time limit and must be for at least one year. This measure aims to promote the development of the domestic solar energy industry and reduce dependence on imports.
