Tianshan Aluminium Industry Completes Acquisition of Indonesian Bauxite Mines

In the evening of November 10, Tianshan Aluminium Industry issued an announcement updating the progress of its overseas grandchild subsidiary's acquisition of 100% shares of PT Inti Tambang Makmur and its bauxite investment. Currently, all parties to the transaction have completed the share delivery of ITM, and Tianshan Aluminium Industry has indirectly obtained mining rights for three bauxite mines in Indonesia. Tianshan Aluminium Industry stated that the successful completion of the equity delivery for the Indonesian bauxite project marks an important step in the company's strategic layout of the Indonesian aluminum industry chain. In the future, all the bauxite produced by this project is planned to be used as raw material for the company's Indonesian alumina project, ensuring a stable and low-cost supply of bauxite and enhancing its cost competitive advantage.
