The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government has released a report on the implementation of the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Aluminum Industry." The report highlights an increase in the supply of green energy. Specific measures include: facilitating the conclusion of an annual transaction agreement between nuclear power and electrolytic aluminum in 2024, with an estimated transaction volume of 4 billion kWh; advancing green power transactions, achieving a transaction volume of 5.9 billion kWh, up 218.92% year-on-year. Furthermore, the report emphasizes accelerating the construction of the "Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage" project in Laibin to enhance overall electricity utilization efficiency.
