Shuikoushan Wins Top Prize at China Innovation Method Contest for Thallium Removal Breakthrough

Recently, the project "Solving the Problem of Poor Thallium Removal Efficiency in Lead-Zinc Industry via TRIZ Theory" participated by Shuikoushan Company won the first prize in the finals of the Hunan Division of the China Innovation Method Contest 2024. This project technology effectively achieves the enrichment and removal of thallium in the wastewater treatment of smelting systems, with a removal rate exceeding 99.99%. The thallium content in the treated liquid is steadily reduced to 2μg/L, meeting the requirements of Hunan Province's "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Thallium in Industrial Wastewater." The project's innovation, technological advancement, and application effectiveness have received unanimous praise from the evaluation experts, successfully standing out from numerous participating projects.
