[A large alumina plant in Shandong raises the purchase price of liquid caustic soda] According to SMM research, a large alumina plant in Shandong has adjusted the receiving price of 32% ion-exchange membrane liquid caustic soda since October 12, with an increase of 50 yuan/ton on the basis of 765 yuan/ton; that is, the ex-factory price under the two-invoice system is 815 yuan/ton (equivalent to approximately 2547 yuan/ton).
