[Titan Mining Announces Resumption of Production at Empire State Mine in New York, USA] Titan Mining, a Canadian mining company, announced on October 2nd that its Empire State Mine, located in upstate New York, USA, has fully resumed commercial production. Previously, due to flooding caused by tropical storm "Debbie," the circuit components of the crusher malfunctioned, prompting the temporary suspension of production at the Empire State Mine on August 10th, with an estimated 4-8 weeks required for repairs. The repair work has now been completed ahead of schedule and within budget, and the mine is fully operational. Concurrent with the crusher repairs, mining operations resumed on August 20th, with ore being stockpiled underground. Leveraging the stockpiled ore and excess milling capacity, the company anticipates being able to meet its projected deliverable zinc production of 25,400 to 27,200 tonnes for 2024.
