In recent years, Jiangyin High-tech Development Zone has attached great importance to and supported the transformation and long-term development of enterprises. They have formulated and introduced policies such as strengthening the industry and promoting digital transformation and upgrading, providing rewards and subsidies for technology renovation and expansion projects, and using real money to help enterprises continuously enhance their core competitiveness. The "Technology Renovation and Expansion Project for Differential Parts of New Energy Vehicles" of Jiangyin Quanhuafeng Precision Forging Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 30 million yuan, enabling an annual production capacity of 500,000 sets of key parts for new energy vehicles. This project, in collaboration with domestic first-class equipment manufacturers, has established an intelligent, automated, and economical 3D smart raw material warehouse featuring 300 storage positions, a maximum load-bearing capacity of 900 tons, and a 100% increase in space utilization. Meanwhile, it achieves intelligent operation through 5G informatization, enabling the tracking and tracing of raw materials in and out of the warehouse.
