World's First Full-Scale Integrated Body Casting Part Enters Mass Production, Pioneering Aluminum-Based Automotive Lightweighting Era

On August 7th, the offline ceremony of the world's first full-scale and integrated body casting part was grandly held at the die-casting machine production base of L.K. Technology Group (Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area), marking the entry of the 10,000-ton dual-injection integrated chassis technology into the mass production stage. Participating enterprises in this project also include L.K. Technology Group, Shuaiyichi New Material Group, Lizhong Group, Schitcreator, Guangxing Technology, Jinlin Machinery (Xinlin Mould), Donglin Precision, Paton Mould, Guangcheng Mould, Zhunimodajia, Guangzhou Dongre, Xinyu Technology, Saiyajie Vacuum, Lishi Technology, Xindaer, etc. This landmark event signifies the official entry of the 10,000-ton dual-injection integrated chassis technology into the mass production stage, ushering in new possibilities for the lightweighting, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction of the automotive manufacturing industry through aluminum-based green ecology.
