Under the loosening of raw material market and the strong price-cutting sentiment of downstream electrolytic aluminum enterprises, the price of aluminum fluoride continued to decline in August. According to SMM, the tender price of downstream benchmark enterprises in August fell by 300 yuan/ton to 9,700 yuan/ton. The bidding price of electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Shandong was around 9,600-9,700 yuan/ton, and the bidding price of individual electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Xinjiang was around 9,900 yuan/ton. With the clarification of the tender price of benchmark enterprises, the market trading atmosphere has improved. SMM predicts that the price of aluminum fluoride will remain stable in the short term.
