Polestar Begins US Production of Polestar 3 SUV to Avoid Tariffs, Eyes 75% Retail Network Expansion in America

Polestar, the Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer, announced on August 14 that to avoid hefty tariffs, the company has begun producing the Polestar 3 SUV in the United States. This move helps Polestar further evade the high tariffs imposed by the United States on vehicles made in China.

Polestar plans to expand its retail network in the United States by nearly 75%. With the Polestar 3 set to hit the American market this month and the Polestar 4 scheduled for release in the fourth quarter, Polestar is expanding its retail presence in the US, aiming to grow its retail network by nearly 75% by 2025.
