[Tianqi Shares: Planning to Jointly Establish a Joint Venture with FAW-VW Intelligence] Tianqi Shares announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianqi Jintaige, plans to jointly invest with FAW-VW Intelligence, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FAW-VW Shares, to establish a joint venture, using which as a platform to carry out the business of recycling and reusing battery materials. The registered capital of the joint venture is 200 million yuan, of which Tianqi Jintaige will contribute 80 million yuan of its own funds and hold 40% of the shares of the joint venture; while FAW-VW Intelligence will contribute 120 million yuan and hold 60% of the shares.
