The mainstream transaction prices for 0# zinc in Ningbo were around 24,675-25,150 yuan/mt, with conventional brands quoting a discount of 60 yuan/mt for the 2406 contract and a premium of 20 yuan/mt for Shanghai spot prices. In the first session, Yongchang quoted a discount of 60 yuan/mt for the 2406 contract, and in the second session, traders' quotes remained unchanged. As prices continued to surge, traders lacked interest in selling, spot discounts lacked upward momentum, downstream buyers were hesitant to purchase at high prices, and overall spot transactions were poor.
