On April 13th, the newly built white smoke ash warehouse in the smelter successfully completed construction and entered the equipment running and debugging phase.

It is understood that the newly built white smoke ash warehouse has a volume of 40 cubic meters, with a storage capacity of approximately 30 tons of ash. In order to effectively improve the problem of low copper content in the ash from the Ausmelt electric dust removal system, which requires additional heat for melting during ash granulation and increases production costs, the plant added a pipeline directly to the white smoke ash warehouse behind the Ausmelt electric dust removal system.

This pipeline is specifically used to collect low-copper content ash generated from the converter area and smelting area in the electric dust removal system, which is then centralized for external sales. Ash with higher copper content is granulated and returned to the furnace, achieving separate management of ash with different copper content. This effectively reduces production costs and can alleviate pressure on smelting circulating materials, improve dust removal efficiency, and help the smelter achieve green production.
