DuPont establishes a new joint venture in South Korea

On March 5th, DuPont announced that its subsidiary, HFR NEW ENERGY PTE. LTD, has signed a joint venture agreement with Soulbrain Holdings Co., Ltd to jointly invest in the establishment of a new joint venture company, S6F NEW ENERGY Co., Ltd. According to the announcement, the business scope of the joint venture company mainly includes the production and sale of lithium hexafluorophosphate, with an initial capital (registered capital) of 30 billion Korean won (approximately 162 million RMB), and a planned total investment of approximately 130 billion Korean won (approximately 701 million RMB).
