【5000-ton Battery Recycling Production Line Fully Launched】Recently, the 5000-ton/year waste lithium-ion battery recycling production line of Lanzhou Jinchuan Jinko Resource Recycling Company has been fully completed and put into operation. The pre-treatment system and wet system for battery recycling have been fully put into production. According to previous introductions, the project can achieve separate recovery of all components of waste lithium-ion batteries and has a complete range of battery recycling and reuse technologies for ternary batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries, and other types of batteries, with recovery rates for nickel, cobalt, and manganese reaching over 98.5%. It is planned that Jinchuan Jinko Resource Recycling will establish waste lithium-ion battery recycling centers in the Southwest, East, North, and Central South regions, and by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, it will reach a comprehensive processing capacity of 100kt/a for waste lithium-ion batteries.
