【Contemporary Amperex Technology's net profit expected to increase by nearly 50% last year, market share "declines internally and increases externally," power battery initiates price war】Yesterday evening, Contemporary Amperex Technology (300750.SZ) released its performance forecast, predicting a net profit of 42.5 billion to 45.5 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 38.31% to 48.07%; a non-net profit of 38.5 billion to 41.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.46% to 47.09%. Based on this calculation, Contemporary Amperex Technology's net profit in the fourth quarter of 2023 is approximately 11.35 billion to 14.35 billion yuan, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 9% to 38%; while the net profit for the same period last year was 13.14 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of -13.62% to 9.2%. In the first three quarters of 2023, Contemporary Amperex Technology's net profit was 9.822 billion yuan, 10.895 billion yuan, and 10.428 billion yuan respectively.
