GAC MOTOR inaugurates new office in Mexico

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On January 12, GAC MOTOR's Mexico company ("GAC MOTOR Mexico") inaugurated its new office and conducted a plaque unveiling ceremony. This marks another milestone for GAC MOTOR in the Mexican market, signaling the completion of the initial setup and official establishment of localized operations.

Going forward, the company aims to comprehensively enhance brand building, accelerate channel expansion, refine sales and after-sales service systems, and strengthen team development in the region.

The inauguration of the new office represents a pivotal moment for GAC MOTOR's presence in the strategic market of Mexico, a country with immense potential for market growth in the Americas. The company has strategically established GAC MOTOR Mexico, successfully completing milestones such as company registration, brand listing, and team establishment.

To expedite the introduction of new vehicle models into the Mexican market, a delegation led by Zhang Fan, Vice President of GAC R&D Center, and Wei Haigang, General Manager of GAC International, visited certification companies in Mexico. They sought insights into local automotive admission regulations, certification processes, and discussed relevant topics regarding the upcoming vehicle models entering Mexico in the current year.

During the visit, the team also met with local dealers to deepen cooperation and further optimize market positioning, aiming for a comprehensive improvement in sales performance. Engaging in extensive discussions with the GP AUTO team, a local dealer partner, they explored topics related to channel expansion, sales, and after-sales service systems. Additionally, they toured the GAC MOTOR Mexico showroom, assessing progress in showroom construction and the supporting infrastructure for after-sales services. The delegation also conducted visits to several sales outlets of Chinese automotive brands in the local market, providing crucial insights for GAC MOTOR to refine its market strategy in Mexico.
