Oriental Electric: Controlling Shareholder Plans to Increase Company's Shares by no More than 300 Million RMB

Oriental Electric announced that its controlling shareholder, Oriental Electric Group, plans to increase its holding of the company's shares by 2.96 million A-shares through centralized bidding trading on December 8, accounting for approximately 0.09% of the total share capital of the company. After this increase, Oriental Electric Group will hold 1.731 billion A-shares of the company, accounting for approximately 55.50% of the total share capital. Oriental Electric Group plans to increase its holding of the company's shares in the next 12 months, with an amount not exceeding 300 million RMB, and the number of shares to be increased will not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company (including the shares already increased in this period), and the source of funds will be from the Group's own funds.
